Prevent ADA Website Lawsuits: Ensure Your Site's Accessibility


Recently, the Hawaiʻi Hotel Alliance has become aware of a troubling trend: law firms are filing thousands of nuisance lawsuits against businesses for failing to meet ADA website accessibility standards. One particular firm has filed over 3,000 such suits, targeting businesses indiscriminately and posing a significant threat to companies, including several local ones.
